As senior vice president global human resources, Yingshi Qian provides leadership to talent acquisition and management strategies, organizational development and training, and oversight of benefits and global compensation strategies.
Yingshi has over 20 years of human resource experience and has held leadership roles in both the biopharmaceutical and financial service industries. Prior to joining the company, she spent many years in HR lead roles, setting and overseeing human resource strategies and activities for business start-up and fast expansion, establishing a career ladder for R&D professionals, providing project leadership for setting up an Asia Regional Hub, and establishing an advanced leadership certification program and professional degree program in collaboration with renowned universities in the US and China.
Yingshi holds an MBA from The University of Strathclyde-Graduate School of Business, UK.
