Simone Brown is the Senior Vice President of Operations Finance at Caidya, where she is responsible for financial forecasting, planning, reporting, revenue, including study margin performance; providing insightful financial analysis to drive business profitability and growth. Simone is responsible for forecasting and development of annual operating plans, ensuring financial decisions are driven by thorough analysis. She serves as a key partner, providing subject matter expertise and direction on financial issues. Additionally, she oversees Caidya’s procurement function, driving vendor negotiation and selection for both operational and corporate needs.

Prior to joining Caidya, Simone held leadership positions at Southern Housing Group Limited and Premier Research Group Limited. She has a strong background in driving commercial insight and profitability through efficiencies and financial coaching. Simone’s expertise also extends to the hospitality industry, where she held finance roles at Millennium and Copthorne Hotels and First Choice Holidays PLC. She is dedicated to supporting Caidya’s strategic objectives and ensuring financial success.

Simone holds a degree from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
