Vice President of Marketing
As Caidya’s Vice President of Marketing, Roger Boutin leads the corporate marketing organization and effectively communicates brand messaging globally. He is a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience in strategic branding, corporate communication and go-to-market strategies. Roger leads the marketing team to collaborate across the organization to drive growth and enhance Caidya’s reputation through strategic branding and marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results. Roger has 25 years of life science marketing experience, 20 of those specific to the CRO or drug development space.
Previously, Roger was the Head of Brand Marketing at Fortrea, and Sr. VP of Communications at SCORR Marketing where he worked with clients on a variety of branding and strategic marketing projects and launched and led its M&A communications team. He led global marketing at PRA Health Sciences for 12 years – driving two rebrands and multiple successful acquisition integration efforts.
Roger holds a BS and an MBA from Florida State University.
