As chief operating officer, Simon Britton is responsible for the quality and delivery of clinical studies for our clients within the full-service portfolio.
Simon is a dynamic, vision-driven senior executive with over 25 years of demonstrated leadership in the pharmaceutical industry. He has a proven track record of driving bold initiatives and innovative global partnerships across multiple channels, expanding business scope, productivity, and profitability. With extensive international experience, Simon is committed to delivering quality results, establishing ethical guidelines, and motivating staff for peak performance and program success. Prior to joining Clinipace, now Caidya, Simon held leadership roles in the CRO industry, including COO for Premier Research, EVP Global Project Management at ICON, and VP Clinical Operations at PPD, and in big pharma as Head of International Clinical Operations at GSK.
Simon is a graduate of University of Wolverhampton in the UK. He has also served on the boards of NAMSA and ACRO and was an Operating Partner at WCAS.
