Sharon Moore, M.D., MBA, MPH
Chief Medical Officer
As chief medical officer, Dr. Sharon Wyatt Moore is responsible for strategic development and medical oversight of the clinical studies we conduct, and oversees the medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, strategic regulatory and medical writing teams.
Sharon brings 28 years of industry experience in medical, safety, QA, regulatory, and training to her role. She also has eight years of full-time clinical practice experience, where she was an investigator and IRB member and held a clinical appointment in the local medical school.
Prior to joining Clinipace, now Caidya, Sharon was chief medical and safety officer for a midsize CRO and was responsible for the global medical, pharmacovigilance, and medical writing departments. Sharon’s work has supported multiple therapeutic areas, and she continues to hold an active medical license. She has been a Certified Principal Investigator (APCR/ACRP) since 2004.
Sharon completed her M.D. degree at Vanderbilt University, US an MBA at East Tennessee State University, US and an MPH in general preventive medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, US.
