David Rifkind, J.D.
Chief Legal Officer
As Chief Legal Officer, David Rifkind is responsible for commercial, compliance and litigation management, transactions, as well as oversight of data privacy, protection and security initiatives.
David brings over 30 years of legal experience in business and corporate transactions in highly regulated industries such as life sciences chemicals. Prior to joining dMed-Clinipace, now Caidya, he was senior corporate counsel at a life sciences chemicals manufacturing and distribution company, where some of his key responsibilities included maintaining FDA compliance, developing integration tools for major acquisitions and closing high value commercial contracts. Prior to this, David held executive-level legal and compliance roles in several large manufacturing and distribution organizations. He brings substantial experience advising senior leadership on the most intricate regulatory compliance, corporate governance, business transactions and high-stakes litigation matters.
David has a BA in Political Science from The George Washington University, US and attained his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School, US.
