Carmen Stiles is the Senior Vice President of Global Clinical Analytics (GCA) at Caidya. In her role, Carmen oversees all things including Data Management, Clinical Programming, SAS Programming, Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and GCA Project Management. She is a driving force behind the strategic planning and operational execution of GCA operations and partnerships, ensuring that Caidya consistently delivers exceptional value to its stakeholders.

Having previously held leadership roles at both large and mid-sized CROs, Carmen is known for her ability to bring together global data analytics expertise and varied perspectives, enabling her teams to tackle complex challenges and optimize the maximum return on investment for sponsors. Her leadership is characterized by a commitment to white glove customer service, ensuring that every client interaction is personalized and of the highest quality. Carmen is dedicated to advancing healthcare innovation and has a passion for delivering data-driven, evidence-based solutions to our biopharma partners.

Carmen holds a degree in Biology and Master of Public Health, with a focus on Biostatistics, from the University of Kentucky.
