In this presentation we will discuss how to take a patient centric approach in implementing clinical trials and how to operationalize the study successfully.  We will discuss strategies for recruitment and retention.  Understanding the patient pathway from the onset and implementing strategies to reduce patient burden throughout the study are keys to success.  The study will be designed around the patient rather than the data the sponsor would like to collect.
